RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to our handmade items being made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases are final sale. If there is a problem with your order please feel free to send us an email at hello@rockdaleandco.com and we will do everything we can to correct it. In the event that your item is damaged/incorrect upon arrival you have 7 days to contact us via email with photos and a replacement will be discussed after being reviewed. 

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS first class with tracking. Dale + Co is not responsible for any packages that are lost/ returned  due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. So please be sure to review your address before placing your order! if a package is returned you will be responsible to cover the additional shipping cost. Once your package is shipped ownership of the package is turned over to USPS and is transferred over to the buyer.
